Please be 1000% sure before sending an order form as cancellations are strictly not allowed.
Regardless of the reason, you will still be charged 70% of the item's base price as cancellation fee.
No refunds/change of orders will be done once payment has been sent and items have been secured. You will only be refunded when the item gets sold out prior to checkout.
Please take note that we do not encourage frequent cancellation of orders. Cancelling your orders for more than 2 times will result to your account getting blocked and banned from joining our future GOs or OHS.
Kindly order only if you are willing to wait. Majority of the group orders we host are pre-orders which will undergo productions that can take months before the artist can deliver them to our warehouse/proxy address.
Our GOs are either FETA (1 week) OR SEMI-FETA (2-3 weeks) once shipped out from origin country. Please keep in mind that ETAs are only estimated. Delays may occur due to unpredictable weather changes and slow release at customs so we kindly ask for their understanding.
We will NOT be held liable for any manufacturing defects/damages found in the items upon arrival at our PH address. However, we will inform the group order joiners of their item conditions for such instances as a heads up.
For missing or incomplete items upon arrival at our PH address, we can only compensate you either once the artist refunds us or resends the same item to our proxy/warehouse. With that, we will do our best to coordinate with the artist involved to resolve the problem. Please also do keep in mind that resending an item has additional fees.
Joy reserves/bogus buyers will be blocked and posted for awareness
We have the right to discontinue transactions with rude buyers and those who persistently forget to follow our T&Cs.
We will NOT be sending payment reminders. Please be responsible in tracking your orders and their corresponding payment deadlines.
Packing fees are also charged. They range from ₱10-₱30 depending on the number of items that needs to be packed. However, we will inform them if we will be using recycled packing materials (no packing fees will be charged if this is the case.)
ISF & fees will be paid once the item arrives at our PH address. You have a week (7 days) to pay for this. If failed to settle, late payment fees will be incurred.
We collect a late payment fee of ₱50 per day until max consolidation of your items have been reached (max item consolidation is 2 months).
They will receive an E-mail confirmation of their orders containing their Order ID. As such, please use the provided Order ID in navigating the master list to track the status of their orders.
Kindly film an unboxing video once the order has been received. No unboxing video = no refund will be followed especially for concerns.
We will only be keeping your items for 2 months. Beyond this, we will void your items and reserve the right to put them up for sale on our OHS.

For splits or soon-to-be-onhand items, 50% nrdp will be followed + remaining balance once the items have arrived at our address. They have a week (7 days) to pay for their remaining balance.
Regardless of the reason, they will still be charged 50% of the item's total price as cancellation fee.
We are generally flexible with payment deadlines. Please inform us ahead of time if they wont be able to meet the stated DOPs so we can negotiate payment terms.

If after a week since the dop has passed and no payment has been made (including late payment fees), we will VOID your claims and you will be posted as a bogus buyer.

This is PAYO to secure. Once invoice is sent, you have an hour (1 hour) to pay for the item(s). If no payment has been made within an hour, transaction will be voided.
NO CANCELLATIONS will be entertained for assistance/pasabuy services. If they will cancel, they will be automatically included in our block list and will be banned from transacting with us.
Please be responsible enough in doing their own research regarding the legitimacy of the sellers and items they wish to buy. We are ONLY assisting them to purchase the items hence, we are NOT liable if the seller turns out to be a scammer.
